JustBook is a platform that connects customers with skilled and unskilled workers and acts only as a technology platform.
JustBook does not employ workers directly.
You must be at least 18 years old to use JustBook.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
Users must provide correct information, use the app lawfully, respect workers and customers, and must not misuse or abuse the platform.
All bookings and payments are made directly between customers and workers.
JustBook is not responsible for payment disputes, cancellations, or service-related disputes, though it may assist without guaranteeing resolution.
JustBook shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from services provided by workers, and users use the platform at their own risk.
JustBook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
JustBook may update these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
