JustBook is a technology platform that connects customers with skilled and unskilled workers. JustBook does not employ workers directly and acts solely as an intermediary platform. We facilitate connections but are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use JustBook. By registering, you confirm that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• All information provided is accurate and complete

User Responsibilities

Bookings & Payments

All bookings, negotiations, and payments are made directly between customers and workers. JustBook does not process, handle, or store any payment information. Important:

• 💳 JustBook is not responsible for payment disputes or non-payment
• 🤝 Users are encouraged to clarify all payment details before booking

Cancellations & Disputes

Any cancellation, rescheduling, or dispute must be resolved directly between the customer and the worker. While JustBook may provide assistance and mediation, we do not guarantee resolution. We encourage users to:

• Communicate clearly about expectations
• Document agreements when possible
• Rate and review honestly after service completion

Limitation of Liability

JustBook shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, losses, or issues arising from:

• Services provided by workers on the platform
• Interactions between users
• Any disputes or disagreements
• Technical issues or app downtime

Users agree to use the platform at their own risk. JustBook provides the platform "as is" without warranties.

Termination

JustBook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Grounds for termination include:

• Harassment or abusive behavior
• Fraudulent activities
• Violation of any applicable laws
